1. The product weight of making orders mentioned on the website may differ slightly from the delivered product. Also, price taken from the customer will be on the basis of delivered product.
2. If you have purchased a product and you are not satisfied with the product by any reason, you can return the product within two weeks. Your product must be unused and must have the product tag. Your product amount will be transferred in your account within 10 days.
3. If you use the product from our website or from another place then you can exchange the product with another product*or you can get the money of your used product*. Your product value will be on the current market value of gold. Diamond price will be 85% of current value and making charge will be off.
4. You will get free home delivery.
5. Available product may be delivered within 10 working days. And making order products will be delivered within 15 to 20 working days or as soon as possible.
6. Unless and until the product has reached you, it is our duty for the safety of the product. This is to assure you that your product is 100% safe and you have no tension regarding delivery of the product.
